Packages are usually shipped within 2 days of receipt of payment. They are shipped via Collisimo, Mondial Relay and UPS with a tracking number and delivered without signature. Packages can also be shipped via UPS Extra and delivered against signature. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method, as it entails additional costs. Regardless of the delivery method chosen, we send you a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as shipping costs. Preparation costs are fixed, while transportation costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all your items into one order. We cannot group two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.
